We first met with you within just a few days of the hail storm that did such extensive damage to our building. One of our board members also spoke highly of your company and we were all impressed with your quick response.

From the very beginning of the project, you described what would be involved in the restoration of our building: the damage you and your staff had already assessed; the importance of obtaining the necessary products in a timely manner; and setting a completion date.

Brian Dahl, the Project Manager, explained the work that was going on every step of the way and kept Becky Milanovich, our Building Manager, informed of the details of what would be happening daily. He made it possible for her to share this information with the building’s residents. She had the answers to their questions.

The project was completed ahead of schedule and with attention to the very last detail. We commend all of your workmen for an excellent job. Yours is truly a customer service oriented company.
